1. Who we are

These Terms are the public offer of interifordesign.com, LLC, Business Center Atlas, 24 Antonovycha Street, Office 512, Kyiv, 01033, Ukraine, EDRPOU registration code 88336273, email contact@interifordesign.com, phone +380 933 109 3049, Managing Director Laura Meyer. As required by Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015, this identification is shown before you place any order.

2. Booking, price and payment

A booking becomes binding when we confirm availability in writing. The deposit, balance due date, price and inclusions are stated on the offer page and in your confirmation. Under the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 12 May 1991 you receive pre-contract information on the provider, service, price, terms and complaint procedure before ordering.

3. Group size, departures and itinerary changes

Each tour states its minimum group size. If that minimum is not reached we may cancel and refund all sums paid. Times and itineraries may change for safety, weather or supplier reasons; significant changes are notified before departure. Tourism services are provided under the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995, and we claim no licence or registration we do not hold.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel in writing; charges follow the schedule in your confirmation. Refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 days of a valid request. Where a package travel insolvency protection scheme applies, its details are given with your booking documents.

5. Insurance, passports and visas

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for some destinations. You are responsible for valid passports, visas and entry requirements.

6. Liability and complaints

Advertising and price claims are accurate, identifiable and substantiated under the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' of 3 July 1996. Send complaints to contact@interifordesign.com; we reply within 30 days. Disputes are handled under the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 12 May 1991 and the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015.

7. Personal data and cookies

We process booking data on the basis of consent and contract under the Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 June 2024. Non-essential cookies are set only after your prior informed consent; see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.
