Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Provider and scope

This policy covers cancellations, changes, refunds and complaints for tours booked on interifordesign.com. Provider: interifordesign.com, LLC, Business Center Atlas, 24 Antonovycha Street, Office 512, Kyiv, 01033, Ukraine; EDRPOU 88336273; contact@interifordesign.com; +380 933 109 3049. Disclosed under Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995.

2. Cancellation windows and refunds

• Over 14 days before departure: full refund less non-refundable third-party fees.
• 7–14 days before departure: 70% refund.
• 48 hours–7 days before departure: 30% refund.
• Under 48 hours or no-show: no refund.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 calendar days; bank charges may apply. Your statutory rights under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 12 May 1991 are unaffected.

3. Changes, complaints and data

Changes depend on availability and any price difference; request them by email before the cancellation window closes. Complaints: contact@interifordesign.com with your booking reference; we reply within 10 business days.
